Quick overview of the world of Thale. Below is some clarity on which land belongs to who:

Dunmar: Controls only the major northern frozen land, and the island directly northwest of it. Does not control the small island to the east of it located between Dunmar and Velotok. 

Hallen: Controls part of the major land with Phas, and the island located northeast of it with the watchtower and village. It controls none of the small islands to its west.

Phas: Controls the other major part of the land with Hallen. It controls none of the small islands to the west.

Lule: Controls the small northern portion of the landmass to the south with Tengah.

Tengah: Controls the majority of the landmass with Lule. Controls the Two major islands to the east of the landmass.

Tolil: Controls the eastern part of the northeastern landmass with Velotok.

Velotok: Controls the western part of the landmass with Tolil. Does not control the small island located to the west of it located between Dunmar and Velotok. 

Crescent Cove: Meeting grounds for Pirates (think Tortuga).

Skull Island: Unknown island controlled by no one, has tall tales told about it through the ages.
